Compliance Channel

The Ethics and Compliance Channel is the formal mechanism established by BeSoccer for the communication of inquiries or reports, non-compliance, and irregularities with the aim of promoting a culture of communication as a fundamental element of BeSoccer's integrity model.

BeSoccer makes available to employees, executives, and third parties the Compliance Channel with the objective that they can report, with all guarantees, security, and confidentiality, actions or omissions constituting violations as stipulated in the applicable regulatory compliance framework. The informant shall have the right to protection and absence of reprisals, including threats and attempts at reprisals, as provided for in the applicable regulations.
